  Gavacha Sheera / Aatte Ka Sheera / Wheat Flour Dessert 

   The birthday special dessert is here! 😍😍 It was my birthday and i wanted to eat something home-cooked and healthy rather than cakes and pastries so i made this traditional dessert which is loaded with lots of nutrients and specially home-made and can be prepared in minutes as well as with simple and most basic ingredients which can be easily available in our kitchen too.


  The most simplest ingredients as below ⬇



Ingredients  ⬇

1. 1 cup wheat flour
2. 3/4 cup ghee/ Indian butter
3. Dry fruits of choice
4. 3/4 cup jaggery or jaggery Powder
5. 1 cup hot water
6. Pinch of cardamom powder  


How to Prepare ⬇

1.Heat ghee in kadhai/pan/wok.

2.Then gradually add wheat flour and stir continually so that it won't burn and turn light brown in color.

3.Now add jaggery and mix it with wheat flour and continually stir it so it will not stick to bottom and burn too.

4.Add cardamom powder,dry fruits,and slowly and as per need add hot water,and mix well thoroughly and cover it and let it cook well.

5.Once cooked Serve hot with spoonful of ghee and some more dry fruits if you like it and fresh grated coconut scrapping if you are a coconut lover 😍😍
